Sathya Sai Baba’s trust has established many hospitals that provide treatment free of cost to the needy. He emphasized on quality education, healthcare and water supply to the poor. To this end, Sai Baba was instrumental in founding many colleges, schools, housing projects and drinking water supply schemes. His Healing Touch

Drinking Water Projects
Sathya Sai Baba masterminded drinking water supply projects in water-starved Chennai and Andhra Pradesh. Karunanidhi equated Sai Baba to God for the latter’s selfless service to the poor.
Sathya Sai Baba’s critics allege that his habit of producing objects out of thin air is nothing but sleight of hand. Sai Baba trivializes the issue saying these ‘miracles’ are not important. He says
atheists and critics should focus on his love and actions. Sai Baba says that we are all Gods, but very few realize and act accordingly.
